    Munchkin T80M combustion

Howdy folks - Glad I found this forum. I DIY'd a Munchkin T80M last spring. P/S setup with the DHW on the secondary along with 3 BB heating zones. Everything seems fine but I wanted to a few opinions on the combustion trim since I'd never set one before. What I currently have:

RPM CO2% COppm O2% Lambda Eff

    120 9.5 15 4.2 25.1 88.2

    530 9.1 76 4.7 29.8 88.2

Measurements using a UEI C75. Elevation is about 5,400 ft so the air is a bit thin to start with. I don't have gas pressure. Could use some guidance on building and hook-up of manometer.

Long story made short, I think the trim is ok since it's in HTP specified range. I can take the CO2 down to the lower end of HTP's range with about a quarter turn on the gas valve.

    What do you folks think?

    CO2

Is this Natural gas or LP? If it's Natural, I think your CO2 in Hi fire should be higher than is low fire.

Also your CO in hi fire may be a bit low.

Adjustments to a gas valve should be done by a trained professional.
