After seeing Dan's pics of that amazing house & install, I felt this would bring us down to earth. Emergency No hot water, 30 unit bldg. This job was suppose to have been done in sept. and do heat & hot water and they would clean up slab and walls etc before. Client got nervous about weather and decided to wait till spring. Wellll, DHW tanks failed, 2 direct fired 100 gals gas water heaters. One day job, pulled both tanks, installed boiler, vented up wall 35ft to above roof parapet. Installed 2 SSU 60 indirects and piped boiler to run domestic now and will stubbed out for future boiler switchout. There will be one more 399 added to finish heating side in spring and get rid of old Birchfield firetube boiler at that time. Long day but got it done. Just had to deal w/ ugly slab & walls for now.
