FInd a Profesional for steam in San Fransisco

Have a hydronic job in the Marina district of San Fransisco. the neighbor has a 4 month old smith steam boiler that was installed and has never really worked. The installing company has not been able to fix the problem and I am not comfortable with steam systems. Any body want to play?
