Heading that way....plan to lay them down ASAP (when I get the bank paid off) I am getting very selective on the jobs I take and am developing my consulting business. It is almost to the point that I can go full time and when that happens.....I am taking some work, especially steam stuff and I may do that for some time yet, but no plumbing or large jobs anymore. Doing my last full house up your way and will be glad when it is over...the next one will be my own if that ever happens. Thanks for the referrals. I guess for the time being you can send them along and I will consider each one. All the best for the coming Holiday season.
