Need help locating a manufacturer of baseboard or radiator that can be installed in a pool area, any ideas ????

Slant Fin used to, and maybe still does, make a baseboard with an extruded aluminum casing. Very nice, but pricey0 -

If you are still at the stage before drywall, you could embed radiant in the wall.0 -
Heat the air Grass hopper...
And keep it about 2 degrees hotter than the water and you won't have to replace the sheetrock every 2 years...
Install electric windows, virtually eliminating their heat loss, raising the MRT, and heat it with a candle...
Copper, steel and aluminum mixed with chlorine gets UGLY in a short while.

Dont' forget,
I would want to control the RH% also. Dectron Equipment is rather expensive, but we use them in all types of applications. Ceder enclosures, Glass, etc...
