customer takes dive in basement lol

i just arrived at my first call this morning for no hot water. rich area, house was a mansion. i ring the buzzer, the customer speaks through the intercom an says she'll be down in a minite. i'm now waiting about 15 minites, so i start walking towards my van and then i hear banging, i turn to look and see a women at the window yelling something at me, i try to tell her that i can't hear her cause the WINDOW is Closed. so she got walked away, and i started walking towards my van.. She shows up outside and says "why you no listen to me" i said what, she says "i tell you to go by the garage. so i told her i couldn't hear her through the Closed window. anyway she leads me in through the garage down the hallway and it starts getting darker as we go in deeper. so i said, mam i can't see and i stop walking further in, and she says oh don't worry follow me, and i said, no mam i can't see let me get my flash light in van. and when i went to turn around to go to my van i heard a loud bang, and then i hear her yelling for help and screaming really loud. so i ran out to my van and got my flash light and ran back in to find her in a 3 foot pit next to the boiler on her back and blood pouring out of her mouth and screaming for help... so i jump down and told her not to move i'll call the police and she says no help me up and i said no mam you might be badly hurt and then she calls me a useless sun of a btch. so i looked at her and said what! and she called me a useless son of a btch again.. so while i was dialing 911 i called her an **** btch... and the cops showed up and i told them what happened and they filled out the report and called for an ambulance and she said she didn't want an ambulance because she was an illegall citizen... i was just amazed at how stupid this person was... i mean really walking around in complete darkness and the falling into a pit. i have to admit that it was funny because of how stupid she was. she never would have fell if she just would have waited for me to get my flashlight aaahhhhh ok i'm getting long winded here now " just wanted to share that story lol

same thing different house

this happened to me 5 years ago a customer has a basement door right at kitchen entrance of house she forgot bilco doors were opened walked out and splat i was vacuming heard a faaint help help she fell 6 feet lucky for her it was winter had a heavy coat on the clinker she was a chirpractor so was her daughter funnny well kinda of royboy

I am the 1st one to laugh at the amusing misfortune of others. However when someone is truly hurt I fail to see the humor in that.

Obviously the woman is not playing with a full deck... why add to the mahem?

Chances are that was someones mother.
