how did this happen

First off the manufacturer has bin great and have gone the extra mile. There dedication to the trade and end user are second to none. They have responded to all concerns and questions faster then any company I have ever worked with.

I found this circ that looks like it went on fire. The valve above pump even has a melted handle. it has bin in operation for about 10 months

I replaced a double ought 10 like this last summer it had seized up, over heated, and melted the internal insulation.
