Boiler Surging

Is the boiler clean and skimmed? A film of oil on the water will get you a surging effect and sloppy operation. After all of that pipe work (nice to have that done!), what is left is the cleaning and skimming and this takes time.

Water in boiler Surging
Please look at the attached pix. The water in boiler is still surging even after modifying the near boiler piping as suggested by a licensed local plumber. All the pipes sizes are by manufacturer's standard. Any suggestions? Thanks for your reply.0 -
