Do any of you have a contact with Omni for their technical support division. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now and have not spoken with anyone yet. And most importantly i have had a building down this long.

    Jim, I have just completed a job with an Omni and while the product itself is okay, I have waited for DAZE to speak to tech assistance.

    If it is pressing, I would ask to speak to Bernie Labrucherie in sales and see if he can expedite a service tech phone call.

    The frustating thing is that these "service-tech's" will sometimes go help out on the production floor. Yes, it leaves me scratching my head too.
