Cold Radiators

Dear Sirs, I have a customer with a hot water system in a 2-story house. We just installed a new PRV and have it set on 15psi. The whole House has good heat in all radiators, for about 2 weeks and then we have 1 room that will stop heating. Then we go and vent these 2 radiators and they will heat again for 2 weeks or so then they need venting the air out again! Please help me..........

Air seperator
Rob, Is there automatic air seperarion on the system? Is it an upstairs room and the air is just going to the high spot and creating an air lock?

What is the relationship
between the circulator and the expansion tank, not to mention the air separator? The circulator should be pumping away from the expansion tank, not toward it.
I would start there. If you could post a diagram or description in order of components, that would help."If you do not know the answer, say, "I do not know the answer", and you will be correct!"
