Tekmar 352 heating irregularities

Hi,

I have a radiant floor system with a tekmar 352 house control and a Thermolec electric boiler. The last week I have noticed that the boiler during the night and part of the day will only run at the minimum water temperature setting. This causes the house to cool down. I believe the tekmar is doing some sort of Unoccupied (night-time setback) but I've look at the wiring for the tekmar control and there is no timer or external switch connected into the UnOSw 5 terminal. At some point during the day the system will kick in and the boiler temp rises and maximum system supply temp goes up the the max setting on the dial. THE DIP switch setting is set to injection mode.

I've checked the sensors and there are no error lights being displayed. I can't figure out what the system is doing? Anyone have an idea?

Tell me more about your system.
What are the components of your system.
You have a boiler and a pump, for sure.
Do you have an injection valve?
If the dip switch is set to injection, the control does not control the boiler.
