I have only had 2 Utica's leak. They replaced both of them without a problem. One started leaking during a real cold spell, and they told me I wouldn't get credit if the boiler was frozen and cracked, it hadn't, it was almost 2 years old and both times they replaced the whole boiler not just the heat exchanger. The last one was about 10 years ago and they gave a labor credit around $175. I havn't had a problem since then. Thanks, Bob Gagnon

    utica oil fired steamer promblems anyone have promblems

    recently have heard of a batch of utica oil fired steam boilers having some sort of promblems with casting or engernering .Have seen a few layingabout awaiting there factory inspections or what ever they do to get off the hook any body else ?peace and good luck clammy
