Thoughs on heat timer controls

I know i have alot of post on this one and many thanks for all the input .My question hear are concerning wiring a thermostat in series with the heat timers boilers connacts .What i would like to do is try to give some indoor feed back to the boiler control circuit and by pass the heat timer run clock and have the boiler cycle off when apt temps are above desired temps instead of over heating because the heat timer is as all know just doing it's thing and cycling the boiler on the run clock .has any one tryed this with any success ? i'm just trying to get a bit more control by addng a indoor feed back to what's there thanks again Peace and good luck clammy

    If I understand you

    you want to over ride the heat timer run clock if the stat is happy.

    Use a thermostat and a 24v transformer and relay coil with N.O. contacts. Use the NO contacts in the thermostat circuit line from the timer to the boiler. When the stat is calling, the relay pulls in and if the timer is cycling the boiler, the thermostat circuit to the boiler is complete and the boiler runs. If the stst is happy, then the contacts will open,. and even if the timer cycles the boiler, the circuit will not complete, keeping the boiler off

    Why not consider Heat Timers wireless system.
    I haven't had the chance to install or work on them yet, but do like the idea.
