warm air heat loss calc.

are there any other heat loss calculations for warm air besides IBR.? id be interested to hear from anyone with expeirence. i have a 38'x 28'log building all open inside. walls are pine logs 6".six windows are double glase 3x5. one exteior door . ceiling is cathedral 12' at highest point.ceiling has 6" of fiberglass insulation
