WM part, still waiting,,ideas?

in THE MAIN WALL
for a replacement #633-900-130 thermostat kit for an Ultra 40 indirect I installed in the summer. The wholesaler (Wolseley) sounds sincere, could this be a WM agent prob?<BR>Running out of explanations for my customer!!<BR><BR>Dave

    Triangle Tube rep in the area?

    If available, in the area, Triangle Tube makes the water heaters for Weil-Mclain. You could try that way. Good Luck!

    and yes I knew TT makes them for WM, but for service(warranty) issues I thought it would be best to go where I bought-it from.
    Didn`t figure on this!, I simply ordered-it, no warranty request has even been made yet, so why am I "still waiting"?.

    If Paul McKay was still there, I bet this wouldn`t be a prob!
