Cg3 standing pilot

I have a cg3 standing pilot. Brand new the pilot keeps going ount. I found when running the cast iron block is wet at the top. The vent into the chimney is dry but the the block is wet. The block then drips down hits the burner and knocks the pilot out. What are my options.

Was it pressure tested.
Is it condensation or do you have a leak. Does the boiler ever get over 140F and if so for how long.
Type of radiation are you attached to.
Are you sure you are venting properly.
Was a proper combustion test done including gas pressures on start up.
