Fuel consumption report on boiler changeouts

I just got the Nov. reports on 2 small multi fam. buildings, both built in early 1900s. Last month I reported on smaller bldg 5 units appx 5500sft. About 33% savings over old cast iron boiler w/ conversion burner. This month appx 35%. Good #s. Triangle tube 175 prestige installed. Both months were 2-3 degrees avg cooler than last year.
Other building, I knew was an energy hog before replacing, had old Birchfield firetube boiler, w/ gas conversion, cast iron waffle burners inside firebox, gravity flow. Not sooo good. 10,000 sft bldg, 11 units. Installed Prestige 399, single zone, no pri/sec piping. After full month of oper. got #s yesterday, appx 53% fuel useage drop over last year same time, 3 degrees cooler this year. Just think it's great to see energy drops like this.
PS, I know there would have been good savings w/ standard cast iron install but for appx 5K more they get appx 15% better efficiency. Easy payback.
