Hot water baseboard heat - clanking noise

I have recently purchased a split level 2500sq. ft. home. I installed a high efficiency boiler (Trinity 150) and it works fine. However, when the system is on you hear a clanking noise that seems to be coming from inside the walls. My thought was it's the pipes rubbing against the bottom and top plate...any ideas???

Thats usually it. Where the pipe comes up into the baseboard you can try putting some rubber gaskets to center the pipe in the hole. There was an error rendering this rich post.

what kind of clanking?
creaking and drpipping on inital heat up = pipe touching wood
jingling clanking( like change in your pocket = air in line
banging clanking = vibration
whir,whir,whir = to much vodka
