Boiler cycles rapidly

Spectrum by RBI Boiler, Tekmar 370 controls, Grundfos pumps, Four zones with Honeywell valves. Inlet temp 160, outlet temp 180. Pressure at 13p.s.i. Also Running DHW. Just bought the house and have noticed that the furnace kicks in every 3 to 5 minutes. When it does come on the boiler controls all light up. The high limit and low flow(sight glass appears full). Any ideas on why the burner lights so often. Also if you could turn me onto where I might find more info to read I would appreciate it. Oh by the way I need to change the water filter How do I do that??
