Where to buy fiberglas resin pipe wrap?

Good idea. But I've seen pipes covered with the modern equivalent, which I am guessing is a fiberglas or polyester bandage with what I am guessing is an epoxy resin. It just seems more permanent.

Where to buy fiberglas resin pipe wrap?
When insulating the steam piping near the boiler, it is not suitable to use PVC covers. Does anyone know where I can but what look like rolls of bandage that that is dipped in water and then hardens with a plastic resin, to provide a protective cover?

Plaster of Paris
You can buy the rolls of plaster of paris from the hobby store. It works great. If you ever broke a bone back in the 70's you know exactly what I'm talking about. There was an error rendering this rich post.
