Revolution from Keyspan program (Webb)for customer. 2 years old. Does have Honeywell 8148 on it with the circuit board.

    Burnham Revolution will not circulate water

    Cannot get boiler to circulate h/w. All radiators bleed, circs. ok, Bypass system circ ok. Water seems "locked".

    I would not be surprised if it's not the variable speed control board for internal pump. Other thing we have found is internal pump goes belly up. Power to it but not working. More likely the circuit board, there use to be a factory repair retro kit on this if it is one of the older ones. They changed from circuit board to combo aquastat relay. Factory supplied part program is gone now although but sure the part is still available for to buy.

    That is the updated version. My guess is that is not your problem. You are getting power out to the VS pump in the boiler are you not.

    I have posted my thoughts on this in your other post above. You probably have some deposits inside the Internal circulator that are prohibiting it to ramp up in speed as the VS3000 is trying to give it the ability to do so. See the other post for the remedy.
