    SHUT IT DOWN !!!!

Call the company back IMMEDIATELY and get the gas to the unit off.

I know it's Friday night..but you and your family aren't worth the problems that could occur.

This isn't a homeowner fix. You NEED someone who knows these boilers AND LP to troubleshoot and rectify the problem.Make DAMN sure they have a combustion analyzer in their possession when they walk in the door.If they don't...send them packing.

Please take my advice.... I ain't talking to hear my head roar ! Chris

    Where in Wi?

Where are you? Who is your LP supplier? I agree with JCA- shut it down. The only acceptable gas smell would be a very brief "puff" of smell outside the house at the exhaust pipe right at startup that then goes away. any more smell outside, and any smell inside the house at all is quite dangerous.
