Hi Guys,
I had to split a Burnham V88 to get it in the basement. We put it back together. I need to know how tight to leave the draw rods.
We often do (1 or two a week lately) the 4 thru 6 section V8s, but, thanks to our Escalera, we have not had to split them.
What is the required torque to leave on the draw rods?
We are used to assembling Smiths and using torque wrenches for assembly.
Thanks guys,
Al
