Source for Anode Rod for Aero Hot Water Storage Tank

My 6 year old home was built with a WMC Boiler and a Aero hot water storage tank (fed by the DHW coil in the boiler). I believe this system is refered to as a Aqua Booster system.

So I happen to read the maintainence label on the Aero and it said the Anod road should of been replaced by now. My question:

Aero was purchased by www.bradfordwhite.com/ so with that said, is there a source (online) where I can purchase an anode rod for this tank? Also I need to add, this tank is in a 4 foot high crawl, so I'll need an articulating rod to avoid cutting plumbing connections to install the replacement rod.
