Pressuretrol Readings

Hi Ken, thanks for the feedback.
I will guess that the trigger aquastat is used to control the summer setting when the boiler only makes hot water.
Good to know that my other settings are okay.
Thanks again Ken.

    Are these numbers where they should be?
    Diff = 2
    Main = 3
    Readings are subtractive

    Internal Syphon PSI = 2

    There is also a battleship grey box [approx 2x3x6]on the boiler set at approx. 185. Would that be the hot water temp as the boiler does hot water also?

    Thanks

    The 2X3X6 might be a "trigger aquastat." What it triggers is likely some sort of reset device, perhaps a Heat-Timer? Then too, it could be an aquastat to control the summer setting when the boiler may only make hot water?

    The pressuretrol settings sound okay. The settings are somewhat relative - the actual on off points are real, the settings somewhat close enough...

    Off at 2, back on at 1/2 is about as good as it gets. Sounds like that's about where it operates as set?
