Max pressure on old Burnham cast iron baseboards

Options
Hydrostatic Test pressure is 30 psi. But that is with water and not air. It is not recommended that you use air for testing. This is addressed on page 11 of the I&O manual. here is a link to that manual.

Max. air pressure test on old Burnham cast-iron baseboards?

What is rated maximum pressure that can be safely applied to older Burnham cast iron baseboards? I need to pressurize a few zones one at a time with air pressure to find which heating loop has a slow leaker. I don't want to risk damaging anything. The boiler will be off the loops during the tests.
