Indirect tank stats

I have a customer I installed an WM-UP 40 indirect tank on a Prestige 110(both TT). Anyway,, at first his HW was great(3 months ago), now he claims if the tank sits all day he can`t fill the KS without running out, then the boiler starts and he`s OK until the next morning.<BR>The tank stat is set at the mid-point and seems to "click" fine,,<BR>Anybody had probs with these stats properly sensing? <BR><BR>Dave

    replace a few

    each year for customers. There's an old and a new style. I believe they have different thickness on the capillary tube.
