Cast Iron Baseboard & Convector CI Radiators

I'm helping a friend with a New Kitchen space
and would appreciate the benefit of your
informed, professional experience, the New Kitchen
will be heated with Newly Installed Base Ray Cast Iron Baseboard and several of the Existing Cast Iron
Convector sytle Radiators,
will the two different elements work well together
on the same shared Mono-T Loop Zone ?
Is it possible to Recesses the New Cast Iron Baseboard
in the 2 X 6 walls ? Will any heating output be compromised
with Recessing the New Cast Iron Base Board ?
If we are able to Recess CI Baseboard, should we install a
Metal reflecting plate in wall recess (much like with recessed Sun-Rad layout) - to ensure that heat is
projected out into the room ?
Lastly are there any design considerations that we should
be aware of when combining these two types of Cast Iron
heating elements on the same Mono-T'd loop, zone ?
thanks for your assistance.

cast iron baseboard
Go to www.slantfin.com Take a look at our Rhino Cast. It can be both wall hung and floor mounted. Also has a lower slimmer profile than tradition cast iron baseboard.
Good Luck with your project. Remember, trained professionals are your best friend.
