Johnny's right on. The BB series is an obsolete generation of Taco end suction base mounted pumps. What was unique about the BB series was the same size suction, and discharge nozzles. You need to consider this when looking for a replacement pump, because any current generation of end suction pumps have a one pipe diameter larger suction nozzle. For your reference I attached the submittal data information, and a replacement parts breakdown sheet. FYI, a complete bearing assembly is available, so you change out the complete assembly, and not have to disturb the piping. Additionally, the motor is a standard T frame motor. Please advise, if you have additional questions.

    taco 1.5 hp pump

    hello a customer of mine has a bb3006 taco 1.5 hp end suction pump i am looking for the orig. mfg. specs on the motor single phase any help would be greatly appriciated

    The BB pump series is our origional base mounted serioe, and the motor could be any one of many. Call Joe Mattiello at Taco on Monday, and he'll help you figure out what you have, and what you need.
