i had my computer set to capital letters i was not yelling and since it was late fri nite sat morn my spelling may not have been the best and finally these boilers are at different locations cann't get the specs til next time i go there okie dokie royboy u guys r hardcore lol

    I WAS WONDERING DOES ANY ONE LIKE OR INSTALL MANY OF THESE WE HAVE 3 WE SERVICE ALL ARE COLD STARTS AND ALWAYS PLUGGED UP THE LATEST HAD TO HAVE THE OUTTER GASKET AND BOTH INNTER AND OUTER ROPE GASKET REPLACED AND THE NOZZLE IS SO SMALL WE GO BY TWICE A YEAR TO REPLACE BECAUSE THEY R PLUGGED UP AND THE LITTLE 3/4 INCH PLUG IS DANG HARD TO REMOVE SO WHAT DO U GUYS ALL THINK ROYBOY

    What is the co2 set to? What is the breach draft? is this chimney or direct vented? Does the boiler have system bypasses on it? Is there an oil filter on the job, if so is it a low micron filter? This information would help in resolving you problem. Post pictures if possible also.

    Another often overlooked but large problem is air for combustion. Make sure you have enough, then as mentioned, make sure you have a system bypass. Have you tried contacting Burnham? They are excellent to deal with...
