radiator vent

I have a one pipe, gas fired steam boiler. The system works great. My problem is that after the desired temp. is reached and the system begins to cool down air is sucked backed into the system through it`s many radiator vents through out the house. One of those vents seems to be sucking ALOT more air than any of the other radiator vents. It is also making a loud sucking noise as well. Is the vent defective? I don`t hear this sucking noise on any of the other radiators. My steam main vents are new as well as many of the other radiator vents. Why is this one vent making so much noise on cool down? Thanks for any info.
