    Concerned on roughing done correctly and better system

    Have a single car garage 13 x 15 x 15 replacing old American Standard boiler and H.W. heating system with H.Efficiency condensing boiler and wall hung tankless water heater. Have cast iron baseboard (approx 90 ft), 1 full bathroom and 1 more in future. Approx.1500 sq ft ranch future 2nd floor expansion approx.another 300sq ft. gas dryer, gas range
