    incorrect pinnile boiler piping

got called in on a job customer has a 199 pinnicle peerless gas boiler,The first cocearn is the numerous leaks on the boiler piping by the way the boiler is only a year old.My concearn is how it is piped. It is piped in a traditional type header arrangement. There are four zones controlled with four 007taco circulators, two of which are hydro air,one baseboard, one HWH.Now according to the manufacture this boiler should be pipe primary/secodary.I have never piped such a boiler so very cautious as to how I should hadle this. The customer had some problem with the controller at first the local rep straightened this out.He recommended p/s piping as well.Although the owners didnot see or notice any other problems with system. What should they be on the look out for?I also called Peerless and heat transfer products to get an objective opinion and explaination on the reasoning behind pipng this boiler p/sWhat are the pros and cons? What if I left it alone and just repaired the leaks? What I got was cofused three different opinions from under certain coditions you could leave it header style to just modify and add aprimary pump. Its just that I need to be armed with correct answer to explain to the home ower in real world terms what needs to be done and why which will benifit them over the long run of the expensive heating investment they bought in to.A simle explainationwould be warmly welcome at this pointI just want to do the job correctly the first time with the reasoning to back it up.
