Peerless Pinnacle Snowmelt Install (Job Pic)

This snowmelt system is melting a ramp which leads to an underground parking garage for and Office Park. (Don't want to wreck a Ferrari now do we?)

It's a Peerless Pinnacle 399 with PL55 pump injecting into a System loop with a 1400 series Taco pumping out into the system.

I had the combustion analyzer on it yesterday and had the Tekmar 665 paused in "Max-Heat" test mode on and I had 9.2% CO2 on High-Fire, and 7ppm of CO on low-fire. 8" WC of gas on my inlet.

Even though I still have a lot to learn about combustion, (Haven't been to Tim McElwains class) it seems that this is dead-on for parameters, but it is the most Yellow-Orange flame I have ever seen. Usually I have the nicest blue-flame in the combustion chamber. Thoughts?

Regards,

PR
