water in the boiler

I just had a new boiler put in a few months ago. we had an automatic feed put in also. It was working fine, until yesterday. The pipes started banging when the furnace was turned on. I went to look at the tube that has the water in it, and it was empty. The automatic feed thingy said 10. we manually put water in, and then turned the heat back on. The little tube drained within 30 seconds, the low water light went on and then it shut off. Anyone have ANY clue??

It could be a number of things, none of which are DIY material. See if you can get the same company that put it in.
