Has anyone had problems with the burner gaskets leaking CO on these units? We've had several failures on units that were only a few years old. If the gasket has been leaking for a while, the heat exchanger may warp and will need to be replaced. Rinnai had good response and delivered replacement gasket kits, but they say we're the only people to report it. New units have wider gaskets and sturdier burner plates.
