Munchkin code F09

What does code F09 mean on a Munchkin contoller? I reset it and the main burner fires for a second then shuts off. This goes on for a couple of minutes before the fault light and F09 comes on.

FO9 on the Munchkin Control is flame failure. Check for spark. Clean spark (if no spark) or rectifier probe (if fires and locks out). Also check for leaks from a cracked chamber. I have had a few cracked Munchkins that would fire untill the water vaporized, then would lockout.
