Evidently the previous Plan aint workin...*~/:)

solly , couldn't resist...

really ,...i would stop short of replacing the pex..

thankfully i haven't had a glass of wine and water...

oops. i have a jamming ,Alterian Laser controlled , seeing eye hat, it seems to be able to detect a new control strategy in your future.

It would appear that you have ,..whats known in the industry as, Bang You Got Heat See Yah...

that is very unfortunate really. if you have a means to take a photo of the boiler / mechanical piping , Post it under attachments to your reply,it would be much easier to give you a more reasonable answer to your current plight.

    radient heat cant adjust.

its either full heat or none. Had the thermostats replaced, had pump replaced, and still radient heat on full. What needs to be fixed?

    maybe the installer?

just kidding...Why did you replace the pump? if it was heating, then it was working, Something is causing the system to operate.

what feeds the zones? circulators? zone valves?

Can you elaborate on the system? boiler? controls, layout, tube lengths and type.

    More info the better
