setting a thermostat for a boiler system
Good day,
I just installed a digital themostat on a big old boiler system with 27 rads and 3" pipes and I was wonder how to set up the temp. swing. Should the thermostat swing +/- 1 degrees before turning on/off. In this setting the temp. would be set at say 64 but it would not turn on until 63 and off at 65. Or is it better to set it at 64 and keep the temp stable.
Thank you0
