Tim, if the dimensions are about right and the float will work in hot water (steam condensate) let me know a price.

Condensate sump float
Need replacement float and actuator arm (details below) for:
Illinois Condensation Pump - estimate install in steam system in 1950s.

Capacity 8000 ft sq
20 PSI
Electric motor est 1/2 HP
Threads at float end corroded off, float leaking and not buoyant. Float is 7.5 in long, 2 in dia. Threads #10 x 24
Shaft system is roughly 9 inches long through the case, about 6 inch lever arm, with about 1/2 inch threaded end to mate with float.

If you can't find the exact part, I have a float w/ a bad seat but fine otherwise you can have to canabalize...sounds somewhat like yours.
