off topic need advise please

Document the injuries and call the police. If nothing else, they should know who to contact at the state. Digital cameras are indispensable for this sort of thing. Take tons of photos from every angle in good light. Do you know any of the other parents well enough to call them and see if they have noticed anything with their children? Have you tried <a href="http://www.dpw.state.pa.us/partnersproviders/childwelfare/003670361.htm"target="_blank">this</a> number?

    off topic need advise please

My 18 month old son came home from baby sitter today and had bruises on his back, like from baby sitter grabbing him. My oldest daughter told us today about how she treats my and handles him. He will not be going back, either will my other two kids. Here's my question-- WHO DO I REPORT THIS WOMAN TOO? She is a licensed in home day care center and I am at a total loss at what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

thought about that. At this point, it would be our word against hers. I live in an area patrolled by state police, and they would not do anything until morning anyway. Will be contacting them in am.

    This is Child Abuse

Whoever the Social Service Agency is that handles child abuse cases is the one to call. Don't let up, this woman needs her license revoked. I was a police officer in Mass for 22 years and our Department of Social Services handled these cases. It was Mandatory that we report them.

    See a phyisician too.

I have a three year old. I'm about to write "stay calm" knowing full well I would fail to do so in your shoes. But stay calm. Definitiely call the police, file a complaint, and have your son looked at by a physician too, ASAP. Let a medical expert be witness to your son's injuries. Best wishes to your family and I hope you find a safe alternative for child care without too much hassle.
