Help with low voltage wiring

I'm currently installing an Argo AT using the Argo AZ-4P control. It's a replacement for a small house and the HO wants to use the two existing zone valves. I don't have much experience with zone valves but I said ok and bought the AZ-4P. The existing zone valves are Honeywell V8043F models. I would like a little verification of the terminal wiring. Argo control zone 1 has terminals T-T for stat and terminals 1 2 3 4 for zone valve. The Honeywell zone valve has five terminals, TH-TR , TH , TR , and end switch. I guess I'm just not getting it.

Zone Valves
Do the zone valves have colored leads coming off them???
The Yellow & Orange are power to the motor, the 2 Red are the end switch. Does this help?0 -
The end switch
terminals go to 3&4. The valve opens when power is applied to Tr & Th,so 1&2 go there. The Tr-Th terminal is just a junction to send power to T-stat when using a standard transformer and not a zone panel.Take a look at the underside of the terminal board and you'll see the Tr-Th is not wired internally
