For all you field workers who think wholesalers have it made, you may want to try this. While I am totally enjoying this I am experiencing cranium overload with computer,phone,product and system training.

First week I shadowed salesmen into the Harley Davidson Plant, Cudahy Meat Packaging ( 2.100 employees,100 maintenance people} and about four blocks long.This and about 15 other customer's places of business.

Went to a commercial hot water manufacturer "Ludell" where they direct fire against a water fall type arrangement and heat water to steam. This water heating technology is producing hot water for commercial laundries, cement batch plants and other large demand applications. While the actual process is secretive it involves spinners (if you will)that quickly turn the steam into condensate that is used for domestic water.They claim efficiencies of 92 plus %. The components of this wall and 1/2 type tank and reciever are all stainless.

This week I have been introduced to stainless instrumentation fittings, valves and piping for industrial,manufacturing and defense applications.
Have brought in one large mechanical for quotes and have another on the hook. Today I got assigned additional accounts and have done a great deal cold calls to potential customers.

All in all life is good, I am resting my weary bones while recharging my noggin. I go home now and can't stand to even look at my laptop.
