the boiler produces 200 HP. ~ 34,000 BTU/HP makes it ~ 6-million, eight hundred thousand.
Most burners on CB's can do at least a 3:1 turn down, so a good guess becomes between 7-million BTU's max - down to around 2-1/2 million @ lo-fire
