Idea for time clock w/ temp feed back

I have been thinking about a time clock w/ temp feedback/correction. We work on alot of old single zone small to med apt. bldgs. I have looked around for a time clock w/ temp compensating input. None made that I can find. I know Tekmar etc can do temp adjustment but I am looking into the possibility of making a time clock w/ maybe 4 or 6 on off settings, w/ an outside air input to timer that could be adjusted for if the temp dropped 1 or 2 degrees outside, this would lengthen the on cylcle by an adjustable range of time per increment. So if we had a 2hr on cycle in morning at say 50 degrees outside, then at 40 we may have a 2hr:15min cycle. These old 20-30 unit building w/ single zone are hard to control. I know we could go trvs w/ maybe injection and reset but this timer system would be simple in between way to get better control/efficiency and alot less $$. Just a thought, LOOKING for input, thanks, Tim
