Through the wall gas heaters

I HAVE A COMMERCIAL BUILDING, APPROX 13FTx13FT THAT HAS A GAS,THROUGH THE WALL HEATER. THERE IS NO WATER CONNECTED TO IT. IT IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING. I NEED TO REPLACE IT OR REPAIR IT. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START. ANY HELP PLEASE CALL ME AT 516-521-5291.

both have nice, efficient and modulating input/output units.
Start with a calculated heat loss rather than replace nameplate for nameplate. It will pay dividends.

Seriously? A 13' x 13' commercial building? If it's little more than an uninsulated tin shed in a cold climate, I'd suggest looking for a gas-fired radiant heater and hope that you can find one small enough...
Otherwise, why not just a strip of electric baseboard?0
