New prestige 399 install

Just had the old Birchfield w/ atmospheric burner assembly removed on this job, old one fired around 600 mbh. New unit on wall and running. Great little job for this 10,000 sft old brick apt. bldg. Leaky old building, old steel sash windows and no wall insulation. Not much you can do but throw some btus at an old bldg like this but this should do alot for their high fuel bills. PS this was water to water! Tim Note, thanks to Aaron, our installer for a great job.

    That's great Tim. I was wondering if those were available in Seattle yet. I could have used a few a couple weeks ago.

    PS, I set up one of my other clients for 3 of these that another company did the job as I did not have time. Too bad though, poorly done but they are working. Tim

    That is too bad. I'm sure you would have done great work.

    I am really liking our Prestiges. The more I install them the more I like em. We have 18 of them installed now without any issues.

    Definitely the best boiler for the money--PERIOD!!
