is this correct return boiler piping ?

My question is the return boiler piping. The supply piping i beleive is fine. The existing circulater is on the return. Im repiping the the return header which is 1 1/4 and theres 6 zones which are just 3/4 zone's. Some guys have questioned the tee above the circulater saying that the bull of the tee is looking towards the circulater and and the run of the tee is horizontal with 3 returns to the left and 3 to the right, and that there returning against each other. So if zones are returning on the left side and the right side of the tee at the same time will they both return down the bull of the tee ? I would think say yes because they will seek the path of least resistance. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

    Technically speaking

the bullhead situation is not ideal and the effect will vary depending on how many zones are working on each side. If only zones on one side are open (assuming zone valves here), it will work best.

Practically speaking, all of the water will go down the bull of the tee, it has to, it is going to the circulator. The issue is, how much turbulence and wasted energy do you want to impose on the process? Generally, though, I do not see an issue with a 1.25" header and 3/4" branches.

The bigger question is, where is your expansion tank connection? I would put that at least on one end of the return header, upstream of the circulator.
