where can I purchase electric water heating elements for metric

Does any one know a place to purchase electric water heating elements to fit a tank that has a port but the electric is not rated(it is for a German tank) so I need a metric configuration.-this is to be used as a back up to solar

    Have you tried the German manufacturer of the tank?
    Everyone is familiar with Ohms Law, as I`m sure you are.
