Here's a Winner

I got these pics from a rep the other day. He says, this was taken after the contractor went back a 2nd time to fix a few things.

Hard to imagine someone could do this and charge money for it. Some big house, on the water, Hamptons area, older lady. Of course, it doesn't work from what the rep said.

Maybe you could have a section titled NEVER DO THIS.

On a furnace no-heat call, I noticed the nice looking radiators as we walked to the basement. I told the tennant that they actually had a boiler and not a furnace. OOPS! 5yr old 80MBh/90% furnace that looks 20. On the phone,LandLord complained about other companies not fixing the ignitor failure problem... Four 6" supply lines! Can you say short-cycle? From the looks of this mess, I knew he would not like the cost of "the fix". Haven't heard from him since January.
